The tracking shows that the attempted delivery was unsuccessful, what do I do?
If your delivery wasn't successful our delivery partner will leave a calling card (this will be a digital one via email if delivered by EVRi) advising you if it's been delivered to a safe location, or letting you know if you need to arrange redelivery.
If you know you're not going to be home to take delivery of your parcel our delivery partner may be able to help, so be sure to check your tracking to see which options are available to you.
